How it Works


  • You are invited to register with our service.
  • For the purposes of registration, you will need to fill in a secure registration form that provides all relevant contact information and a credit card number.
  • Your credit card will be billed monthly for the services rendered, courier charges and you will receive an itemized monthly invoice for your records via e-mail.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration with your Appearance Submission Code, at which time you may begin requesting appearances.

  • Requests with accompanying instructions received by 10:00 p.m. the night before will be spoken to. Requests after 10:00 p.m. will be accommodated where possible.

    You will receive a confirmation email that your Request has been received.

    Following the appearance, you will receive a report via e-mail outlining what occurred at the appearance, and when the next appearance is scheduled.

    The day prior to the next appearance, we will contact you via e-mail to ask if you need us to appear on your behalf the following day, and if so, we will seek instructions.

    We will maintain a database of appearances in the event of an 11(b) application.
